When a Big Leaguer orders bats from Marucci, those bats are handcrafted to his exact specifications, or his preferred cut. However, there are instances when these cuts do not meet his exact specifications of length, weight, balance point, handle or knob shape, etc. That bat is pulled from the player’s order and sold as a “Professional Cut.”
These are not considered “blem” bats; they simply did not match what the player requested. Customers can choose their length and color, but Pro Cuts cannot be selected by model.
Unused Custom Apparel items purchased from Signaturelocker.com may be exchanged for a replacement if you receive an incorrect size or if there is a manufacturing defect.
Custom decorated apparel items are not returnable or exchangeable for reasons other than noted above, as they are custom made to order on demand.
Non-custom apparel items sold as equipment i.e. cleats, shin pads are eligible for exchange.

Complete Sticks, Shafts and Heads are backed by a Lifetime Warranty, which covers your product as long as you own it. Shafts are subject to a one time replacement. Ball stops are not covered by our warranty. To get started with a Warranty claim, click here.
