The store overall, has MANY items that were not agreed upon by both parties. There have been numerous SOLD OUT items, 8 EIGHT pairs of sweatpants, all with the same logo, and now, the first item received is unwearable and will go into the trash. We have had numerous meetings with your upper level management, and still, we have to type and retype the same information. This is NOT what companies who care require of their customers.

We thought we ordered the correct size for my son. But it was a little snug when he tried it on. We reached out to signature locker and they were very helpful and efficient with getting us the correct size. Thank you!

We had ordered the wrong penny/jersey size as we did not do measurements with pads on. Very great customer service to help get the right size.

My daughters lacrosse and field hockey teams both have uniforms from signature lockers. The customer service has been so wonderful with helping sort out jersey number error I made! Plus the uniforms looks so great for both teams! 10/10!!!

packaged all incorrectly, no sizes on labels. had to manually write sizes for 100 uniforms. I approved the artwork, but couldn't tell browns were different on the shorts on the approval platform. Nobody else noticed either and blame was shifted towards me for approving it. Lex and Matt were nice, albeit I had to chase down updates. Matt didn't end up coaching for me, that was the only reason why I even went with signature, it would be much lower but he said he would come to my next tournament...

The communication has been too notch. The product is really good quality easy ordering as well. Will continue business with them

On March 12th, I used on-line website to purchase Isabella's spring soccer uniform. The uniform was delivered on April 17th.
