Warranty, Returns & Exchanges - Apparel

Unused Custom Apparel items purchased from Signaturelocker.com may be exchanged for a replacement if you receive an incorrect size or if there is a manufacturing defect.

Custom decorated apparel items are not returnable or exchangeable for reasons other than noted above, as they are custom made to order on demand.

Non-custom apparel items sold as equipment i.e. cleats, shin pads are eligible for exchange.

There is no warranty applicable for Apparel items.

Warranty, Returns & Exchanges - Complete Sticks, Heads

Unused sticks, shafts and heads purchased from Signaturelocker.com may be exchanged within 30 days of the original purchase date. To make an exchange, please visit our Returns & Exchanges Portal.

We are happy to replace items if they are defective or damaged when they arrive. Products can be exchanged for the same item or an item of equivalent value if the model you are returning is no longer available. Send us an email at theflock@signaturelocker.com with any questions. 

Warranty, Returns & Exchanges - Balls, Goals, Rebounders & Mesh

Unused balls, goals, rebounders and mesh purchased from Signaturelocker.com that have any manufacturing defect may be exchanged for a replacement. 

Balls, goals, rebounders and mesh are not returnable or exchangeable for reasons other than noted above.

There is no warranty applicable for Balls, Goals & Rebounders.

Signature Lifetime Warranty

Complete Sticks, Shafts and Heads are backed by a Lifetime Warranty, which covers your product as long as you own it. Shafts are subject to a one time replacement. Ball stops are not covered by our warranty. To get started with a Warranty claim, click here.

Please Note: All Warranties are void on customized sticks and/or heads, including, but not limited to, custom dyed lacrosse heads.
