Dan hated playing with greasers and wanted to make the first premium ball, to solve the most overlooked problem in the sport.
Dan built a team of former NCAA teammates, who were as passionate about giving back to the sport as he is.
They created the “Signature Premium Ball”, which quickly became the most trusted ball in the NCAA, the Official Ball of Professional Lacrosse, and the Official Ball of Federation of International Lacrosse.
Now Signature has taken the same “Problem-solving” approach, to build innovative products, and distribute them in disruptive ways, to progress the experience of the sport, and make the sport more accessible.

What uniform/pieces should I order?

Your uniform package will be found on your team store, however we always recommend the 3-piece Uniform Set for most program directors. They provide the perfect combination of technical apparel to keep your player performing at their best all season.

I ordered my uniform but I need to change a number/team name/sizing!

Here at Signature Lacrosse, we totally understand that mistakes can happen. When it comes to our amazing custom-made uniforms, once you've placed your order, we're unable to make any changes. That's why we kindly ask you to give everything a good double-check at checkout, including sizing, number, and name.

But hey, we've got your back! Just shoot an email over to our awesome customer service team at theflock@signaturelacrosse.com. They're ready and excited to help you out and make sure you're rocking the perfect gear!

How long does it take for orders to arrive?

We understand the importance of meeting deadlines, which is why we guarantee on-time delivery of our custom-made uniforms right to the player's doorstep before your season begins. Our uniforms are proudly crafted in the USA, featuring unique designs tailored to your team's colors and logos. With a turnaround time of just 35 business days, we're committed to getting your team geared up in style.

For team store apparel, you can expect shipping within 5-7 days, while all lacrosse gear ships out the next business day. If you need more detailed information about shipping, you can find it right here!

How do I track my uniform's delivery?

Our uniforms are custom made to order so you will receive an email address with a USPS Tracking number once your order has shipped and it’s on it’s way. If you do not have a tracking number, then your order has not shipped.

Please email theflock@signaturelacrosse.com for an update on your estimated shipping date.

What size uniform should I order? What if I order wrong?

Sizing charts are included on your team store page as well here for your reference. Be sure to follow the "how to measure" guide and double check your order before making the purchase.

Any replacements will be viewed as an additional uniform purchase and will have to be purchased through your team store.

My order came wrong/discolored/incorrect logo, how can I exchange this?

One of the many benefits of ordering from Signature Lacrosse is its 100% replacement guarantee. If you have any issues with your order (e.g. wrong color, style or fit) just email theflock@signaturelacrosse.com with a picture, your order number (SHOP-XXXX) and detailed description of the product, and we will get the situation resolved!  

Please note: At this time we do not offer refunds on custom uniform apparel items! We apologize for any inconvenience!

Can I cancel my order?

Due to the unique, customized nature of the order, we are unable to cancel and refund your items once they have been processed.

My order did not come in on time! Can you please refund me my shipping?

We are committed to delivering custom uniforms to meet a season's start date. If we fail to meet this date for whatever reason, please contact theflock@signaturelacrosse.com to receive a $25 Signature Gift Card.
