Signature Athletics has partnered with Kids Lacrosse Africa for a non-traditional cause based 2022 Black Friday Cyber Monday Campaign. The first of its kind in the lacrosse world!!
Kids Lacrosse Africa (KLA) is a Ugandan based 501c3 non-profit that’s helping bring lacrosse to schools and kids across their country. Over the last 5 years, they have introduced the sport to hundreds of kids, dozens of schools, and have built an incredible volunteer based organization that is committed to growing the game across Africa!
As part of the partnership with KLA & Signature, any shoppers who spend $250 or more in the Signature Lacrosse Shop during the month of November will have a lacrosse stick donated in their name to Kids Lacrosse Africa.
If you spend $250 on lacrosse gear or swag—stuff you would have purchased anyway—we will donate a stick on your behalf to a player in need!
“As we sat down to plan out our BFCM holiday season special for 2022, we got to asking ourselves, how can this deal or BOGO help us achieve our vision of growing the sport? After a couple of brainstorming sessions, we realized we needed to take a radically different approach to really shake things up… That's when we had the idea to make it our goal to donate 1,000+ lacrosse sticks this holiday season,” says Dan Soviero, the Founder of Signature Lacrosse/Signature Athletics.
As Kids Lacrosse Africa looks to expand across the country and continent, acquiring gear, especially lacrosse sticks, for new players and schools is a top priority and currently it is the biggest challenge. Unlike here in North America, there is no lacrosse store or ecommerce website where you can order a lacrosse stick, balls, or uniforms.
