We placed our order Dec 17th and received it Jan 6th. Less than a 4 week turn around is fantastic. We are so happy with our order. We are even more pleased with how our new logo came out with the help of the design team who made adjustments to every little detail I asked for. These turned out great. Ordered 10 boxes of ball in yellow, white l, Orange and pink. I ordered CLA and Nocsae. The drawstring bags they come in are SUPER HIGH QUALITY
The medium is very small and the company will not accept exchanges or returns which is a serious disservice in 2024.
I'm missing part of my order that was expected for Christmas. This is the second time I have received a partial order and the Christmas present is late. The uniforms arrive in plenty of time but this time I'm missing a duffel bag and last time there was a Hoodie missing.
So excited to receive in time- colors vibrant but size runs way too large. My kids can barely wear them. Wish there was a warning. We ordered based on previous years uniform - but very different.
