Quality of material extremely poor and cheap, especially considering the price that I was charged.
These guys are the best in the business ! Great customer service and great uniforms ! Highly recommend!
The shipping was a bit pricey, and it took a long time to arrive. Overall, the shirt was good quality and soft material.
Whilst the white version of the uniform was good, the brown was not the correct brown. Material was not what I expected and of very poor quality.
Looks great.
The company was great about getting an additional jersey to us in a timely fashion.
The reversible game pinnies I designed and ordered came out so amazing, they look way better than expected and we couldn't be happier! The process was so smooth and communication was top notch! Will definitely be ordering from Signature again! Thank you!
I had an issue with my order payment and escalated a support request. The team replied in short order and stayed in touch throughout my experience. The issue was not of their making, rather a ‘glitch’ and they were so helpful with their resolution. Thanks so much!
I've used a lot of apparel vendors over the years and these guys are the best.
The quarter zip we received was very small and tight fitting.
Amazing customer service. It was easy to communicate with the team and the jersey's came out amazing!
The Signature group worked with me as changes in schedules and rosters made sudden changes in orders. They couldn't be more understanding and they've earned a new customer with our group.
Good quality and really like the color! Look forward to repping it on the sidelines while coaching!
Excellent service and product! Thank you, Jessie!
The store overall, has MANY items that were not agreed upon by both parties. There have been numerous SOLD OUT items, 8 EIGHT pairs of sweatpants, all with the same logo, and now, the first item received is unwearable and will go into the trash. We have had numerous meetings with your upper level management, and still, we have to type and retype the same information. This is NOT what companies who care require of their customers.
Material & Design are great!! Jessie has been a pleasure to work with !
We thought we ordered the correct size for my son. But it was a little snug when he tried it on. We reached out to signature locker and they were very helpful and efficient with getting us the correct size. Thank you!
We had ordered the wrong penny/jersey size as we did not do measurements with pads on. Very great customer service to help get the right size.
My daughters lacrosse and field hockey teams both have uniforms from signature lockers. The customer service has been so wonderful with helping sort out jersey number error I made! Plus the uniforms looks so great for both teams! 10/10!!!
packaged all incorrectly, no sizes on labels. had to manually write sizes for 100 uniforms. I approved the artwork, but couldn't tell browns were different on the shorts on the approval platform. Nobody else noticed either and blame was shifted towards me for approving it. Lex and Matt were nice, albeit I had to chase down updates. Matt didn't end up coaching for me, that was the only reason why I even went with signature, it would be much lower but he said he would come to my next tournament...
The communication has been too notch. The product is really good quality easy ordering as well. Will continue business with them
So responsive and helpful!! Plus the uniforms are great quality and withstand a ton of washing/drying 💪. Highly recommend. Thank you team!
Outstanding, responsive customer service! They are doing everything they can to help get a replacement order to me before my daughter’s tournament, even though the original mistake was mine. I truly appreciate their care, professionalism, and dedication!
Easy to order and the jerseys came in about 2 weeks. Everything arrived as expected and fits well!
I received our uniforms earlier than expected and they were amazing!!🤩 Great Quality! Easy to work with! Thank you so much for your help, being so easy to work with, and making this process painless!!! You have been wonderful! Highly recommend and I’ll order all my jerseys from here fromnow on!
On March 12th, I used on-line website to purchase Isabella's spring soccer uniform. The uniform was delivered on April 17th.
