Signature Performance Guarantee Plus (+)
A custom uniform from Signature is an investment in your young player's development on and off the field. At Signature, we know if you look good, you feel good. And if you feel good, you play good.
We aim to inspire young champions to play their hardest, and leave it all on the field. One of the risks of playing hard is damage to uniforms such as accidental tears, pulls and stains. Protect your investment with the Signature Performance Guarantee Plus (+).
Coverage: The Signature Performance Guarantee Plus (+) program ("Program") provides coverage for eligible custom uniforms purchased from Signature Athletics ("Company") for youth programs. The coverage extends for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase.
Eligibility: To be eligible for coverage under the Program, the following conditions must be met:
- The client must have opted into the Signature Performance Guarantee Plus (+) during checkout of the original uniform purchase.
- The uniform must have been purchased directly from the Company.
- The damage must have occurred during the course of normal play.
- The client must provide proof of purchase and evidence of the damage.
Examples of Covered Damage:
Coverage Details: Under the Program, the Company will provide a free replacement of the damaged uniform within the coverage period. The replacement uniform will be of similar design and specifications as the original purchase. The Company reserves the right to modify the replacement uniform if the original design is no longer available.
Exclusions: The Program does not cover damage resulting from:
- Intentional misuse or abuse of the uniform.
- Accidental damage not incurred during the course of normal play.
- Damage caused by third parties not directly involved in the sporting activity.
- Wear and tear over time.
- The player outgrowing the uniform.
- Alterations or modifications made to the uniform by the client.
Claim Process: Clients seeking to make a claim under the Program must contact the Company within the coverage period and provide proof of purchase and evidence of damage. The Company reserves the right to inspect the damaged uniform before approving the claim. Upon approval, the Company will arrange for the replacement uniform to be provided to the client free of charge. The client will only be responsible for the actual shipping charges.
Limitation of Liability: The liability of the Company under the Program is limited to the cost of the replacement uniform. In no event shall the Company be liable for any consequential, incidental, or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the uniform, including but not limited to lost profits or revenue.
Modification and Termination: The Company reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice. Any changes or termination of the Program will not affect claims made under the Program prior to the effective date of the modification or termination.
Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Acceptance of Terms: By purchasing a custom uniform from the Company, the client agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions of the Signature Performance Guarantee Plus (+) program.
