To all of our current and interested investors,
Since we launched the campaign a couple months ago our team has made some amazing progress;
We have made some massive strides in our infrastructure and our plans for 2021 have already grown far past the expectations we set on the campaign page. On the campaign page, we projected to have (10) Agreements signed by the end of 2020 and (39) Agreements signed by 2021. We are now projecting to sign (+100) Agreements by the end of 2021.
With only a few hours left to join us on our journey now is the time.
Sincerely,
Dan and the Signature Team

We are so excited to announce that we have just signed our 30th program to a 3 year contract! With 5 contracts pending and a pipeline full of programs we are expanding our team to manage all the growth!
Our 2020 goal was to close 10 programs, we smashed that a couple months ago and now we are on pace to crush our 2021 goal before the end of the 2020 year!
There are just a few days left to invest and become part of the Signature Journey to make sports more accessible and build the next iconic sports brand.
Make it a great day,
Dan Soviero

As we have continued to scale the Team Store model, which we have been seeing unprecedented product market fit for, we have had a need to expand our Client Success team.
We have been blessed with some great new teammates, Dianna - Director of Ops, and Patty - Account Manager. These new team members mark an important expansion in our business and will free up some of our existing team members to focus on driving more sales by continuing to serve our clients and find new ones!
We are excited by the progress the company has made throughout the campaign, and want to thank all of the amazing investors who have joined our mission to grow the sports we all love!
Thank you for your continued support of Signature,

This campaign will continue to accept investments until its indicated closing date.
Thanks for funding the future.

We are excited to announce a major milestone, we shipped our one thousandth uniform just 8 weeks after launching the new Team Store model.
During that time, we were able to gather some early data to test against our assumptions. What we found is really exciting! We anticipated capturing $140/player per year in sales. This breaks down into 3 main areas, uniform, hard goods, and custom fan gear.
The uniform assumption has proved out at 100% of expectations. And whats really interesting is the hard goods and custom fan gear assumptions are on track for between 4-6x our original expectation. This means we may see the average per player per year sales, a leading indicator of the value of one of our 3 year agreements with a youth or travel program, skyrocket north of $200 per player.
We are really excited by this progress but whats got our team most excited is our continued success with customer service, through the launch, and inevitable hick ups of the new Team Store program, our team has been able to maintain a 4.8/5 star rating and is coming up on 2k reviews!
Thank you for your continued support of Signature,

Cancel anytime before 48 hours before a rolling close or the offering end date.
We want you to succeed and get the most out of your money by offering rewards and memberships!

With Regulation A+, a non-accredited investor can only invest a maximum of 10% of their annual income or 10% of their net worth per year, whichever is greater. There are no restrictions for accredited investors.
With Regulation Crowdfunding, non-accredited investors with an annual income or net worth less than $124,000 are limited to invest a maximum of 5% of the greater of those two amounts. For those with an annual income and net worth greater than $124,000, they are limited to investing 10% of the greater of the two amounts.
At the close of an offering, all investors whose funds have “cleared” by this time will be included in the disbursement. At this time, each investor will receive an email from StartEngine with their Countersigned Subscription Agreement, which will serve as their proof of purchase moving forward.
Please keep in mind that a company can conduct a series of “closes” or withdrawals of funds throughout the duration of the campaign. If you are included in that withdrawal period, you will be emailed your countersigned subscription agreement and proof of purchase immediately following that withdrawal.
StartEngine assists companies in raising capital, and once the offering is closed, we are no longer involved with whether the company chooses to list shares on a secondary market or what occurs thereafter. Therefore, StartEngine has no control or insight into your investment after the close of the live offering. In addition, we are not permitted to provide financial advice. You may want to contact a financial professional to discuss possible investment outcomes.
For Regulation Crowdfunding, investors are able to cancel their investment at any point throughout the campaign up until 48 hours before the closing of the offering. Note: If the company does a rolling close, they will post an update to their current investors, giving them the opportunity to cancel during this timeframe. If you do not cancel within this 5-day timeframe, your funds will be invested in the company, and you will no longer be able to cancel the investment. If your funds show as ‘Invested’ on your account dashboard, your investment can no longer be canceled.
For Regulation A+, StartEngine allows for a four-hour cancellation period. Once the four-hour window has passed, it is up to each company to set their own cancellation policy. You may find the company’s cancellation policy in the company’s offering circular.
Once your investment is canceled, there is a 10-day clearing period (from the date your investment was submitted). After your funds have cleared the bank, you will receive your refund within 10 business days.
Refunds that are made through ACH payments can take up to 10 business days to clear. Unfortunately, we are at the mercy of the bank, but we will do everything we can to get you your refund as soon as possible. However, every investment needs to go through the clearing process in order to be sent back to the account associated with the investment.
Both Title III (Regulation Crowdfunding) and Title IV (Reg A+) help entrepreneurs crowdfund capital investments from unaccredited and accredited investors. The differences between these regulations are related to the investor limitations, the differing amounts of money companies are permitted to raise, and differing disclosure and filing requirements. To learn more about Regulation Crowdfunding, click here, and for Regulation A+, click here.

Hi Signature, I noticed in the Bonus section that it reads as follows: "Investors will only receive a single bonus, which will be the highest bonus rate they are eligible for." I qualify for a red shirt now due to my investments, but I would rather two white shirts if at all possible. I am giving this investment to my two daughter's for Christmas as they are both avid lacrosse players. Please let me know if this is possible. Or two red shirts would be awesome too! Also, that you for such awesome products. My daughter's and their team love your lacrosse balls. We are hoping to working with your company in the near future on new uniforms for our local teams!
